Reading Priorities.
Things in my life have changed dramatically and reading has definitely had to take a back seat, with a difficult pregnancy and now a newborn I’m definitely not reading as much as I used to. I began to get really overwhelmed with the amount of books I have on my Kindle and how many I want to read. It became clear I need to go through and decide which books have become a priority and which ones I didn’t mind leaving to a later date.
So Google Sheets became my new best friend and I wrote out all of the books on my Kindle and have given them a number 1-3 based on how soon I want to get to read it. It was such a great experience, going through all the books and just realising how many potentially great reads I had on my Kindle.
My Reading Priorities so far…
These are all the books I have scored as being a 1 on my list, there are still quite a few so if you see any that you think I need to bump up then let me know!

As you can see, the narrowing down didn’t go so well and I still have a huge amount left on my priority list and no real direction as to where I should start. If you see one of your favourite books on the list then let me know and I can definitely start there. I am currently reading the first book in the Witcher series and I hope to get to the others shortly after that so I can start watching the TV series. But after that I am a free bird.

I would love to know how you keep track of your Kindle books, I feel like there must be an easier way and I’m just missing it!

Well I’ve just read a Jenny Colgan and really enjoyed it, a nice light read but with some substance to it, so I’d say go for that one! And don’t beat yourself up about what you’re managing or not managing to do.
Ah I have seen a lot of Jenny Colgan and was wondering if she was worth the hype! Will definitely give it a go and let you know how it goes!
