Finding things to read at the minute has become a little bit of a mystery, but usually some cheesy romance is an automatic hit. That’s what I wanted going into The Queen’s Alliance and unfortunately there was just a lot missing and going on that made this story a little frustrating to read. What I…
I think I have a problem and I’m not sure I’m too upset about it to be honest and An Offer from a Gentleman is just the next part in my descent into the Bridgerton world and I’m never coming back out. I adored this book and although this wasn’t my favourite of the ones…
Love, Rosie was a book that I borrowed from the library and I am SO so glad that I didn’t buy this book purely because I really didn’t enjoy the story or the characters. Plus the ending was utterly predictable and also really frustrating. I didn’t connect with the way it was written and I…
The Desperate Bride’s Diet Club was my works book club’s pick of the month and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I also didn’t realise how motivating this book would be especially with my own health and diet. I have to say this book is realistic and relatable all the way through, the…
Yup, another one of these guilty pleasure reads! Whatever You Need follows Sam Haney’s younger brother Wyatt and his crush on the single mother that lives in his building. You can see where this story is heading without me saying more. I loved reading this one and I thought that the relationships within this story…
After finishing the Perfect, Indiana series I was still craving the easy reading of those novels. Imagine how pleased I was to find out that she had written another series, What You Do To Me is the first in a new series. I actually think this one although formulaic was better written than the Perfect…
A Change of Heart is the third book in the Perfect Indiana series, and I definitely have a special place in my heart for the characters and the way that the books end up making me relax. I definitely know that there is better literature out there and definitely books with better plots but these…
Dragonfly in Amber is the second book in the series, if you’re interested please make sure you read my Outlander book review before this one, as this might contain slight spoilers for that. This was the book that I chose to take with me on my honeymoon, after reading Outlander I was hooked, I do…
I wasn’t sure whether I was going to like Outlander, I had already tried twice to listen to it on audiobook and failed miserably. The story didn’t seem to grab me and I found myself losing interest in the characters. I don’t think I even made it to where she goes back in time. I…
I was sent Broken Bits by the author in exchange for an honest review. Going into this book I was a little dubious, Kit seemed to be a little immature for my taste and I thought I was going to end up hating the book because of her. By the end, I didn’t love her…
