Fictional Places I Would Love Live | Book Thoughts
I read a lot and I read a lot about different places and I wonder what it would be like to live there. So here is my list of all the places I would love to visit or live there.
The Harbour in The Starless Sea
This book was one of my favourites I have read this year. I wasn’t a huge fan off the different relationships, but the world was something completely wonderful. I would love to get lost in the halls full of books.
Camp Half-Blood
I read these books when I was younger and all I wanted to be was a demi-god. I would love to go to a special camp every summer and learn all the cool things they do. Plus I would love to meet a centaur! Who wouldn’t?
The Night Court aka Velaris
I have an unhealthy Sarah J Maas obsession, it might actually become an issue later in life but for now, I’m pretty happy with where it’s going. I would like to live in Velaris AFTER all the drama has happened, plus is Rhys fell in love with me – an added bonus!
The Bear and the Nightingale
This one surprised me but I would love to live in a little village where this story is set. I know it would be cold but I love the idea of a small village on the edge of nowhere.
The Bone Season
One of my all-time favourite series. Although this is a bit of weird one but I think the adventure would outweigh the cons. I would love to be a part of Paige’s squad! I might have to reread this one soon!
The Kingdom
I don’t think I would like to be a princess but I think I would definitely love to experience The Kingdom and all it had to offer. Especially as a Disney fan, this place sounds right up my street (if we pretend the horrific things aren’t real)
The Priory of the Orange Tree
I couldn’t pick a single place in this world but I would love to see the dragons and maybe become a rider. I would also love to the Queendom and how all the politics worked, I just think it would be a great place to experience.
Strange the Dreamer
I love this book and I love the mythology that is explored all the way through this book. I would love to see the city of Weep in person and experience it all as it should be. I’m hoping it’s as beautiful as I imagined.
The Wayward Children
This is an odd one because I would love not only to go to the school but also all the lands that they talk about. They are all beautifully described and I really want to get into the different doorways!
Hogwarts
Did you think I would leave this wonderful school out? I don’t think there is nowhere else I would want to live than Hogwarts. I love the magic and mythology and the lessons. I would love every second of it!
