March TBR

I can’t believe that it’s March already! Where is this year going?? I blink and the month is gone, I had a super reading month last month, which I talk more about here. I’ve kept my tbr low again this month because of all the reasons mentioned here and because I can see this following month being a busy one with a trip away and whatnot.

A Clash of Kings (A Song of Ice and Fire, Book 2) by George R.R. Martin

I gave myself the goal of trying to read the entire A Song of Ice and Fire in 2016. Well the books that are out. I managed to start this at the end of February. I’m really excited to finish it through the entirety of March. To see where the character’s journeys are going to end up (even though I’ve seen some of the TV show).

Illuminae by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman

I picked this book up in my local Waterstones on a whim, I had heard good things about it and I thought the concept and setup of this book was interesting. So it’s on my March TBR Since I’m totally honest, I have no idea what this book is about so I’m ready to jump in and experience it completely blindly.

Magisterium: The Iron Trial by Holly Black and Cassandra Clare

I have heard mixed things about this book. Thought I would pick it up in my local library and add it to my March TBR instead of buying it. All I know about this book is that it is a whole new magic system. But Cassandra Clare wrote The Mortal Instruments which I had really mixed feelings about. Therefore who knows it may be a complete miss for me, we shall see.

Speaker For The Dead: Book 2 in the Ender Saga by Orson Scott Card

I listened to Ender’s Game on audiobook and I loved it and loved the concept of it. I’m not sure whether I’m going to enjoy the sequel which is set after the end of the first book. However instead of investing I borrowed it from my local library. Fingers crossed I’ll enjoy it as much as the first one.
