My Last NaNoWriMo Update

I can’t believe it’s my last NaNoWriMo update, it makes me sad to think I’ll have to wait a whole year to participate again. But boy am I glad that it’s over! This month has really been a tough one and I genuinely didn’t know if I was going to make it to the end.

I can now confirm in my last NaNoWriMo update that I have written 50000 words. I have officially won NaNoWriMo 2016. I AM CHUFFED TO BITS. Someone needs to bring me some sedatives, truly buzzing at my own achievement. Nothing more than joy comes to mind actually.

So in my last NaNoWriMo update I can also tell you that I actually have more story left to tell. I have a crap ton that needs to happen to the characters, which has never happened before – interesting experience I suppose. It could also lead to me losing my hair with stress, or forgetting that the novel even exists!

Who knows. But this is me out! Look out for my next writing update – hopefully will be plans for my novel and how I want to rewrite. We shall see!

Read the last three updates: 1 | 2 | 3

Did you take part in NaNoWriMo? How well did you do? Did you achieve everything you wanted to?

Congratulations!!! That is wonderful!! I feel you, I have SO much left to do- probably a lot of editing out of stuff that isn’t needed so that my characters can actually, you know, DO something hahha. But it is such a great feeling, I am SO happy for you!! Great job, and good luck with finishing it! (I may have forgotten last year that mine existed, so I feel you on that, too! 😉 )

It’s the first time I have won NaNo with story still left to tell. It’s kind of a scary experience! I totally get the editing out stuff, my last attempt I think my characters ate more than they actually saved the world. It became a problem. Thanks for the luck! I think I’m going to need it! 😀
