Bingeworthy TV Shows | Top Ten Tuesday

TV is one of my biggest distractions from reading. I can quite happily lose a whole day to binge watching shows. So when this topic came up it was perfect. Now I can share my distraction with you.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians

A complete guilty pleasure watch. I know I shouldn’t love this show but I do. It’s so outlandish but it’s so good. I’m not up to date with the seasons yet, I’m still on season 8, but I can’t wait to catch up!

I love Outlander, another one I’m not up to date on, but I’m currently reading the books so I don’t want to ruin the books with watching the series first. I love me some Jamie Fraser so this is the perfect Sunday binge.

Grey’s Anatomy

The ultimate in binge watching. I pretty much know what happens in the later series but once again I haven’t caught up, this is becoming a running trait in my life. But there’s just so much to watch and so little time.

The ultimate classic. I love binge watching Friends, especially if I’m feeling overly stressed or upset about something. They are definitely good cheer up episodes. I pretty much know everything that happens but I still love watching them over and over!

Gilmore Girls

I was really late on the Gilmore Girls bandwagon, but once I was on it there was no going back. I loved the characters and the way everything happens. I love the fact that there was two strong women throughout the series and they made me smile!

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

Kimmy Schmidt is one of my favourite shows. It’s absolutely hilarious and so well written. I adore the complete cast and there are some really great one liners all the way through this series.

Yet again, another that I’m not up to date with, but one that I really loved when I did watch it. I loved the mystery aspect of the story and how everything entwines. Definitely bingeworthy.

Pretty Little Liars

This series blew me away. I loved everything about it, and I loved waiting for the next episode on Netflix. It was a really great series and I was actually sad when it was all over. I will say the ending was a little underwhelming.

The Crown

This is one of my all time favourite series. I love the Royal Family and I think this is a really good insight into the Queen’s life and how she took to being the queen at the beginning.

Desperate Housewives

I can proudly say I have watched this series from start to finish. I love the drama and the romance elements. It’s definitely some of the best TV I’ve watched and I wouldn’t hesitate to rewatch them all!

Let me know what TV you’ve watched in the comments!

  1. Greys Anatomy is one of those shows I hear a lot about but have never taken the plunge with actually watching it. Other than being in a hospital I don’t actually know much about it. Maybe one day~
